Our story
Meredith Works was founded by Carly Meredith, who has spent over 20 years in executive support and operational management working alongside founders and leaders at every level. In that time, she repeatedly saw the same pattern, brilliant, capable people buried under tasks that didn't need their expertise, just their attention.
Carly knows firsthand what a leader's time is really worth, and what it costs when that time is spent in the wrong places. She founded Meredith Works to be the support partner leaders could rely on, someone who could take the day-to-day off their plate with the same care, judgment, and discretion they'd expect from a trusted right hand.
What We Do
We're an Executive & Lifestyle Support agency providing Executive Assistant, Fractional Operations, and Lifestyle Concierge services built for leaders who need more than a task-doer. We become an extension of how you work, anticipating needs, managing the details, and handling the operational load so you can focus on what only you can do, the vision, strategy and growth of the business.
We understand that sometimes leaders just need someone to make it work, they don’t need the details they just need the outcome and that’s what we do best. We have handled an extensive range of requests and tasks over the years, from the unique to the outright bonkers and have made them all work.
